Terms of Service

By commissioning me you agree to the following:
I, as the Artist...

  • Maintain the rights to post my work in any form.

  • Maintain the right to post commissions to my social media for advertising. HOWEVER, I will not post pieces upon request.

  • Maintain the right to turn down any commission.

You, as the Client...

  • May NOT reprint your commission for a profit unless discussed beforehand.

  • May NOT use your commission for commercial use unless discussed beforehand.

  • MAY print your commission for personal use.

  • May edit, crop, and resize the art I give you. HOWEVER, I require you still credit me for the piece.

  • May post the work to your own website/social media, but should credit or link back to me.

  • May requests small edits and corrections to finished digital pieces. Large edits and redraws must be paid for.

  • Edits will be impossible past the sketch/concept stage of watercolor paintings. It is a physical medium unable to be changed once lineart is begun or paint is on the page.

No commission may EVER be used in an NFT

Payment and Refunds:

  • Half of payment is due upfront. Commission begins only when half payment is received.

  • Final artwork will be sent (mailed in the case of watercolor) when all payment is received. In the case of work that has to be mailed, I will send an invoice for the cost of shipping combined with the second half of payment, as I will not know the cost until I have it packaged.

  • Payment is via Paypal Invoice (however I am open to other options after PayPal increasing prices) I can also do stripe or artisttree

  • I will wait two full weeks for payment before throwing out your slot.

  • REFUNDS: I allow full refunds before I've begun work, partial if I'm partway through, and no refund once I've finished your piece.
